How did you start up djing financially? i am a student with a mortgage with a lifelong dream to dj, any tips on how to aquire equipment?

I got my first pair of decks on credit and paid them off at �2 per week! As for marketing yourself theres been no better time, with all the social networking site which cost nothing except your time & effort to run. Start networking on there. Then you could post up your mixes on DSI and other dance music sites.
